Michele graduated from McMaster University in 2001 with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology, before continuing her education and attaining an Honours Bachelor Degree in Science in Nursing. Since 2005 she has been a registered RN, working in numerous fields such as in-patient pediatrics, prenatal education, a mental-health promotional program for children and the School Program with the City of Hamilton Public Health Services. Recently, she has worked in various sectors during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and currently serves as a Supervisor with the Case and Contact Management Division in Hamilton. Michele began her advanced training sessions related to injections with Dr. West in 2017, and has worked alongside Dr. West since then to assist patients in promoting positive self-image. Michele believes heavily in the nurse-patient relationship and prides herself on working with her patients to understand their needs and desires while supporting them through the positive aging experience.
